It makes you aware of your strengths and vulnerabilities. It helps you build authentic relationships and makes you more productive. However, self-care is lowest on your list of priorities! If you are ready to change that, and make self-care a priority, this group is just for you.

Participating in this group will help you in exploring self-care in the context of your unique needs and responsibilities. You will learn and practice new skills and take away tools to practice at home. The aim of this group is not only to provide you with a safe, supportive space to build a personalised self-care plan, but also to help you overcome challenges in making self-care a part of your life.

This program is a 6-session commitment with each session building on the previous one. The major themes to be covered each week are:
