We begin with a free phone consultation, aimed at helping both of us understand whether I am the right fit for your present counselling needs. We can use this time to explore your expectations. I am also happy to answer any questions you might have about my practice and approach. The next step would be to book an appointment.
A counselling session typically lasts for 50 minutes. I recommend weekly sessions, however this is flexible and can be decided as per your need (e.g. fortnightly sessions or monthly check-ins).

I have flexible availability, including evening and weekend slots. When you get in touch, do indicate your preference, so that we can find a mutually suitable time.
I value the time you have set aside for your appointments and appreciate the effort it takes on your part. In case you are unable to attend a scheduled session, please give me as much advance notice as possible. You will be charged the full fee for cancelled or rescheduled sessions with less than 48-hours notice. To keep it fair, in the unlikely event that I cancel or reschedule your appointment with less than 48-hours notice, I will offer the next session to you for free.
