We begin with a free phone consultation, aimed at helping both of us understand whether I am the right fit for your present counselling needs. We can use this time to explore your expectations. I am also happy to answer any questions you might have about my practice and approach. The next step would be to book an appointment.
An individual counselling session typically lasts for 50 minutes. A couples counselling session is for 60 minutes. Longer sessions can be arranged if needed.
I recommend weekly sessions, however this is flexible and can be decided as per your need (e.g. fortnightly sessions or monthly check-ins). Evening slots are among the most popular and my clients choose to book the entire month’s appointments in advance.
For booking appointments, please share your preferred days and times for scheduling the initial session. You can use the contact form or send an e-mail to reach out. When you get in touch, do indicate your preference, so that we can find a mutually suitable time.
I value the time you have set aside for your appointments and appreciate the effort it takes on your part. In case you are unable to attend a scheduled session, please give me as much advance notice as possible. You will be charged the full fee for cancelled or rescheduled sessions with less than 48-hours notice. To keep it fair, in the unlikely event that I cancel or reschedule your appointment with less than 48-hours notice, I will offer the next session to you for free.
