Counselling is a process of healing; a confidential space where you get the opportunity to uncover various layers of a problem in the presence of a non-judgmental and qualified professional. I work collaboratively with my clients to help them gain clarity and identify potential solutions to their problems.

I offer sessions from two accessible locations in Charlottenburg and Mitte in Berlin. You are welcome to schedule an appointment to meet me at the one that is most convenient for you. Personal and work engagements sometimes come in the way of regular counselling sessions. To overcome this barrier, and maintain continuity, I am also available for online sessions via Skype.

Perhaps you have considered speaking to a counsellor, but never had the time to commit to regular sessions. Perhaps you are a parent or have responsibilities that make your availability very limited or inflexible. Or maybe you are not ready to meet a counsellor in person at present. I understand that there can be a number of reasons preventing you from accessing the support you need. To make things a little easier for my clients, I am also available for Skype counselling sessions.
Online counselling via video calls gives you the much-needed support from the comfort of your home, office or any preferred location. The same boundaries of time and confidentiality apply to this model as well. I offer you counselling related to similar concerns as are addressed through in-person sessions, and work with you towards achieving positive outcomes in a more flexible setting.
