Counselling is a process of healing; a confidential space where you get the opportunity to uncover various layers of a problem in the presence of a non-judgmental and qualified professional. I work collaboratively with my clients to help them gain clarity and identify potential solutions to their problems.
If you have been feeling stuck, overwhelmed or uncertain, I am here to support you in finding your way out of the confusion. Depending on your preference and the nature of your issues, I will integrate elements of mindfulness and expressive art during the sessions.
I have experience in supporting clients with concerns related to:
- Coping with life transitions
- Anxiety & depression
- Relationship & marital discord
- Body image
- Family & parenting
- Work-life balance
- Self-esteem and social skills
I practice from two easily accessible locations in Charlottenburg and Mitte. You are welcome to choose one that is most convenient for you. I also offer sessions online for clients who are unable to visit for regular sessions. This helps maintain continuity in the counselling process, and has been especially useful for clients who are caregivers or travel frequently.
I understand that there can be a number of reasons preventing you from accessing the support you need. To make things a little easier for my clients, I am also available for Skype counselling sessions.
Perhaps you have considered speaking to a counsellor, but never had the time to commit to regular sessions. Perhaps you are a parent or have responsibilities that make your availability very limited or inflexible. Or maybe you are not ready to meet a counsellor in person at present.
Online counselling via video calls gives you the much-needed support from the comfort of your home or office. The same boundaries of time and confidentiality apply to this model as well. I offer counselling for similar concerns as are addressed through in-person sessions, and work with clients towards achieving positive outcomes in a more flexible setting.
